At HerLashesUK, all sales are final. We operate a strict no refund, no return policy, in line with our commitment to hygiene standards, digital product protection, and booking security.
Physical Products & Lash Kits
Due to the hygienic nature of lash products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any lash kits, tools, or accessories once dispatched.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photo proof
- If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit
- No cash refunds will be provided
Online Training Courses
All sales of digital training courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Accessing course material is considered usage. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
In-Person Training Courses
Deposits for training are non-refundable. Rescheduling is not permitted.
Missed or cancelled sessions with short notice will be forfeited.
Final balances are non-refundable once paid.
