Shipping Policy

At HerLashesUK, we are committed to dispatching all orders in a timely and secure manner. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
- Orders placed after 3PM are processed the next working day.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Tracked/Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (depending on courier)
- All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected international countries.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
- HerLashesUK is not liable for customs delays or parcels returned due to unpaid charges.
Missed or Returned Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees will apply.
- Refunds will not be issued for delivery errors caused by incorrect information or missed courier deliveries.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
- Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, HerLashesUK holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
- All orders are sent with tracking and may require a signature.
- If your parcel is missing, email us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and tracking details.
- We will investigate with the courier. Refunds will not be issued unless the courier confirms a loss or error.
